The heart of Forgee is Lukáš, who came up with the idea of Forgee Budget application. Thanks to the years of experience he passes on the knowledge gained in the field of IT and building construction business, he is also a great and valued BIM consultant.
Our philosophy
At Forgee, we believe in the digital future of building construction. The aim is to develop, on the basis of everyday practice and experience, applications that facilitate and speed up the processes in new BIM projects; while saving developers, investors, architects, and cost estimator not only time, but also money.
History of Forgee
2016 – The idea to combine the experience in IT, management of logistics and manufacturing companies and create applications with the same logic and benefits for the building construction industry.
2017 – Functional prototype processing data from the IFC model into the survey report – the Forgee Budget application was developed.
2018 – The first real projects experience, the second prototype for creating schedules – the Forgee Schedule application was developed.
2019 – BIM 4G s.r.o. and its primary brand Forgee was established. The second version of the Forgee Budget application was created. The first 5 projects were successfully counted.
2020 – Development of the final version of the Forgee Budget application for BoQ creation from BIM models. The application is successfully tested on dozens of projects and various types of constructions, valuation methodologies and different companies.
